Denise and her husband are a complete fraud. They ignore submitted documentation and tell the court no documentation was submitted, just to support their case. They have multiple reviews which state the same. Hear it once and it might be false, but when you hear it time and time again, there has to be truth behind it!
Obviously she's forgotten that she took an oath to support the constitution of the United States and uphold the laws of the United States and the state of Arizona. Professional conduct, ethical practices, honesty and integrity are foreign concepts to her. False and misleading statements, theft, fraud, deception, professional misconduct, unethical behavior and comfort amongst criminals is what she knows. What an embarrassment to her profession, shes a liar for hire and deserves to be disbarred.
Denise Holliday is unscrupulous, unethical & dishonest-she should be fined & disbarred. She filed an eviction vs me a day before the legal date & left the notice on my door a day earlier than the legal date. She knew the mgmt. company & I had already agreed I'd move out by the end of the month & I had already paid the rent plus late fees so an eviction wasn't in order as there was nothing owed. She needed to dismiss the case-she refused and forced me to go to court only to have her dismiss it.
