David is a member of the litigation team at Jaburg Wilk. He concentrates his practice in business disputes, contracts, leases, commercial litigation and employment law. He has represented individuals, small businesses and major corporations for more than 30 years.
He has been involved in many complex and sometimes high-profile cases, including a groundbreaking movie industry antitrust case, a defamation case filed against Watergate burglar G. Gordon Liddy, and a $100,000,000.00 securities fraud Ponzi scheme case. He has tried or settled numerous cases in both state court and federal court and has pursued or defended, and won, more than 40 appeals in the Arizona Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals
In addition to his legal work, Dave is a founding member of the Arizona State Acupuncture Board, a former member of the Arizona State Foster Care Review Board, and a current member of the Foundation for PIHMA Research and Education. He is a frequent author, consultant and speaker.
