Despite winning the case, I would avoid Mr. Irish at all costs. He may have a decent grasp of the law, but he fails in every other aspect of being a lawyer: ethics, demeanor (in and out of the courtroom), temper, strategy, efficiency, billing, etc. I've used and known many lawyers and he is by far the worst.
