I do not typically leave negative reviews, but based on my experience I cannot recommend this firm. After an initial consultation and payment of a very large flat fee, communication significantly declined. My case was primarily handled by another attorney (Jessica Hernandez) after the consultatio/interview was with (David Maletta). I experienced repeated delays and unreturned calls and emails. There were so many instances where the legal strategy discussed & agreed upon during meetings and documented in follow up emails were simply not followed. I raised these concerns repeatedly with firm staff and named partners in writing & during calls. While I was repeatedly told the issues would be addressed, I did not see changes in responsiveness, or case handling. The overall experience became extremely stressful & frustrating and I paid over 10 grand! I hired another firm for far less $ that followed the strategy and resolved the issue quickly.
