Sirlin Lesser & Benson, P.C. was founded in 1982 and is primarily a commercial litigation, creditors rights and real estate boutique.

The firm represents local and national real estate developers, asset managers, property management companies, business and brokers, as well as major financial institutions. We specialize in litigation, contract drafting and negotiation and business and real estate transactional representations. We maintain offices and active practices in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In addition we have a broad civil litigation practice including creditor's rights, real estate, construction disputes and torts.

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
