Lee A. Schwartz, Esquire, is a distinguished Family Law Attorney serving the Greater Philadelphia Area since 1981. His practice focuses on a wide range of family law matters, including divorce, child custody, grandparent and step-parent rights, relocation, high net worth cases involving stock options and business issues, child support, alimony, property division, protection from abuse, and the drafting of marital agreements.

In 2015, Mr. Schwartz served as Chair of the Family Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, following consecutive terms as Treasurer, Secretary, and Incoming Chair. He was also the President of the Nicholas Cipriani Family Law American Inn of Court from 2011 to 2013 and continues to serve on the Executive Committee of both the Family Law Section and the Cipriani Inn. He is a sought-after presenter for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, teaching fellow attorneys on various family law topics. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
