Lonny Fish lost my criminal appeal by waiving issues through failure to follow the PA. Rules of Appellate Procedure, including not citing to the record, not citing to legal authority, not adequately developing arguments, briefing issues he failed to preserve in his rule 1925(b) statement of errors, and more...all basic appellate procedure that any lawyer who claims have "been in private practice since 2005". In addition, without explanation, he failed to preserve basic (and stronger) legal issues that created reversible structural errors. The Superior Court opinion was brutal toward him and his lack of appellate skills. However, I am the victim, here. The complete lack of (2-way) communication with his client was probably a contributing factor to his lack of knowledge of the case, but there is no excuse for the lack of competency and proficiency that resulted in the appeal not being decided on the merits.
