Hired Attorney

WONDERFUL PERSON HOWEVER, SEEMED TOO SCATTERED AND DISORGANIZED. APPEARED TOO OCCUPIED WITH OTHER CASES WHILE HANDLING MY CASE. AS MY LAWYER,I RELIED ON HER TO CATCH IMPERATIVE INFORMATION BEFORE THE ACTUAL COURT DATE. I FOUND HER TO BE UNPREPARED. IF SHE HAD THOROUGHLY READ OVER PAPERS SHE WOULD HAD SEEN THAT THE COURT APPEARANCE WOULD HAD BEEN MINIMAL.I FEEL SHE JUST WENT WITH WHAT I TOLD INSTEAD OF READING THE COURT ORDER.

I didn't use her as a lawyer, but my ex did and committed fraud under my name. Paperwork was submitted to courts with my signature on it when I haven't lived in NJ for over 19 yrs and have not been to NJ since 2019 but somehow in May 2023, paperwork was submitted with my signature on it when I had no knowledge of any paperwork ever being sent to my home or anyone trying to contact me in anyway in regards to the matter.
