May be defamation. May not. see a good lawyer. you folks all play around with these .devices then when things don't go well you want to sue. Wouldn't it be better just to let the kiddies play with these things.

What can I legally do if I was bitten by a dog?

Answered by attorney Brett Edward Rosenthal (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Graves Law Offices
Would at least send them letter to ascertain if they have any liability insurance because based on your indication of the injuries the claim has significant value, especially when you consider the dog big statute provides for strict liability for dog owners. Therefore, absent your trespassing on the dog owner's property there really is no liability argument, but only issue is the value of the general damages (pain and suffering).

Can I sue if the hospital neglected my son?

Answered by attorney Syed Wali Raheen
Personal Injury lawyer at Raheen Law Group, P.C.
You MUST see an attorney. Please do not wait. Many facts need to be analyzed to determine liability, which cannot be just through these webside QAs. These cases are generally based on contingency, so you have nothing to lose.
