What do I do if I ordered food, and I ended up chipping and cracking one of my back teeth from a screw that I bit into in my burger

Answered by attorney Mark Tischhauser
Personal Injury lawyer at Tischhauser Law Group
This is very difficult case as you were not at Wendys when it happened. You can try to make a complaint to custoner service but this is not a viable legal claim unless they admit the screw came from the Wendy's.

Neck injury

Elizabeth Taylor Herd
Answered by attorney Elizabeth Taylor Herd (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Morgenstern Herd, LLC
More facts are needed in order to fully assist you.  First, it depends how your injuries occurred and whether there is evidence/testimony to prove that another (3d party) is responsible for your injuries.  In addition, if you had a surgery, but not all of your symptoms were resolved - this in and of itself does not mean that you received substandard care.     You should contact a local lawyer that can speak with you and fully evaluate your potential claim.
