You did not say enough. Surely you can sue the cycle owner/driver if he was negligent . There is the further question whether the rider was negligent also.

Do we have recourse if my husband had a foot personal injury?

Answered by attorney Howard W Collins (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Howard W. Collins
The claim of your husband and the liability of the store is difficult to determine without a thorough and detailed analysis of the facts. I appreciate your factual statement, but as good as it is, there are many questions that would need to be answered before I could really give you an answer. The case may or may not be of interest to a lawyer because of issues of disputed liability and degree of damages. However, you certainly need an analysis of the case and the law that supports your husbands claim to be explained to you. Please call me if you want to discuss this further.

Can my son be compensated for injury on a vacation rental property?

Answered by attorney J. Michael End
Personal Injury lawyer at End, Hierseman & Crain LLC
If it can be proved that the parking lot was not as safe as it should have been, your son might be able to recover compensation for his injuries, including the medical expenses and his pain, suffering, and disability. Depending on your son's age, the statute of limitations in Wisconsin may run as soon as three years from the date of his injury.
