5 bouncers at a night club assaulted me and broke my jaw in 4 places and the club does not have insurance, can I sue?

James Peirce Kelaher

Personal Injury lawyer at Kelaher Law Offices, P.A.
You can still sue the club, but you'll have to pursue collection procedures if you get a judgment, just not a check from an insurance company. If M&M doesn't want to handle the case because the club doesn't have insurance, then ask them for your file and find another lawyer who is willing to pursue the claim.

What can I do if I was injured on my job due to a dock-loading manager loading a package that was too heavy to be placed on a top shelf on a truck?

Worker's comp covers medical expenses and time out of work. You cannot sue your employer for negligence and damages for "pain and suffering" is not available. If you have a permanent injury, you may be able to get a "schedule award" which is based on a formula depending on the extent of your disability and your rate of pay, offset by payments that you have already received.

Who do I talk to if my child was served an alcoholic beverage at a restaurant?

I would speak with the manager. They will certainly give you an apology and may even offer you a gift certificate to the restaurant.
