I got hit in the head at Walmart with some can goods.

Answered by attorney Patrick Short
Personal Injury lawyer at Law Firm of Patrick Short
While there may be negligence on the part of the Walmart employee, the issue is one of the damages you suffered.  I would encourage you to gather your medical bills together and if you missed work, then you would also have lost wages.  If you have long term brain injury that is a whole different issue.

Can I sue a car dealer for selling a car without an airbag?

What do you get for being a do gooder? Do you know how much in attorney fees it would take to handle such a lawsuit? $20000, maybe 30 to 50 if appealed. Who will pay please? If you don't have damages what will you sue for? Political discomfort?

What should I do after a car accident?

Get the very best medical attention you can and consult a lawyer if you don't get better you have three years to sue unless the wrongdoer was working a government job. Then ninety days to file a notice of claim. File for no fault benefits right away.
