What can I do if I fell after surgery when a hospital staff member was suppose to help me?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
Whether you have a case is largely a medical question. What is the hospital required to do? What did it do? Is that negligence? A doctor will likely have to make the call. He would have to make the call anyway before you could file a suit. So find you a friendly doctor first.

Will I get drug tested for not having my vehicle under control?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
No one can answer your question without more specifics about the facts surrounding your accident. Generally, unless there is a reason to suspect that they were drug issues persons appearing at the court are not drug tested. On the other hand, if there is a potential drug infraction, it is a possibility.
