Do you have your records from the original dentist? If not get them first because you are "moving" Then take the records to your new dentist and ask him for a report of his own. You can then approach the original dentist with the report from the new dentist and explain the problem. He may fix it for you if he thinks he messed up. Maybe not. The case is probably too small to litigate but may be meritorious nevertheless.
