What should we do if we think husband got Parkinsons due to chemicals at his job?

Michael D. Kelly
Answered by attorney Michael D. Kelly (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Kelly Associates Injury Lawyers
In a negligence action, a plaintiff must prove duty, breach, causation, and damages. The causation element might be a problem here unless there is strong evidence that links the technicolor to your husbands condition. If there is evidence of this, the damages are significant and you may be entitled to a large verdict or settlement in your favor.

Sue your boyfriend, he should submit the lawsuit to his carrier and they will pick up the claim. Or call his insurance directly and tell the you are injured and want the medical black, etcetera covered.

If my girlfriend buys me a car, and then breaks up with me, can she take the car since it’s registered in her name?

Answered by attorney David E. Frank
Personal Injury lawyer at Frank Law Group, P.C.
If there was no written agreement which says otherwise, she'll likely get the car. If it's just your word against hers, your screwed.
