Do I need an attorney for my personal injury case?

I answer the question "yes" just from reading the question, never mind the "Question Detail". Do you cut your own hair? Suppose you got an abdominal pain, would you go onto a website to find out how to remove your own appendix.

How long I will have to wait until I can receive money if my medical issues will not be healed for years?

Answered by attorney Roberto Salazar
Personal Injury lawyer at Roberto Salazar, Attorney at Law
It is important that you know the extent of all of your medical issues before your case is resolved or tried. It also extremely important that your case is filed within the statute of limitations to protect your rights, in Texas it is two years. You should contact a lawyer of your choice to help you with these very important decisions.

If someone gets hit by an errant golf ball on my property who is liable?

Answered by attorney Brett Edward Rosenthal (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Graves Law Offices
In regards to guests of your house, if struck while on your property they could conceivably sue you, but as long as you warn them that it is dangerous to go outside because of the risk of being struck believe you are covered, however, maintain good liability insurance is the moral of that story. As for the liability of the golf course because of the increase in balls in your yard. There is a concept in the law called "coming to the nuisance." When you purchased, assuming the golf course was already in place and you knew of that potential don't think you have much of a claim against the golf course, but some courses due maintain a local rule, which they sometimes place on their scorecards that indicate "You are responsible for any property damage caused by errant or wayward balls." Check the scorecard and may want to talk to golf course because they may have special property damage insurance to take care of property damage from wayward balls.
