What can I do if my son's pediatrician messed up on his circumcision?

Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
See an attorney with medical records and the opinion of the other doctors that the circumcision was not properly performed. It would seem, given the very short period of time since the original procedure that it could hopefully be corrected now with the least trauma and damage.

Can I take the other driver to court if their insurance did not cover all damages?

Answered by attorney Jeffrey Wittenbrink
Personal Injury lawyer at Wittenbrink Law Firm
If the insurance company did not require you to sign a release to obtain the check for the repair of the vehicle repairs, you may take the person to court for the excess. Normally the insurance company will defend their insured to the extent it takes for you to accept a settlement within the policy limits, and will not write a settlement check unless you sign a release.

Can I sue a hospital for not taking me in?

Answered by attorney A. Daniel Woska (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Woska Law Firm, PLLC
n society today I suppose you can sue just about anybody for anything. However, you must be able to prove damages. When the hospital refused to treat you must show an injury or damages to be able to recover from the hospital. The cost of presenting a case for trial can be terribly expensive. Expert witnesses, discovery issues, expenses related to the case can add up to thousands of dollars. A contingency attorney will normally not take on a case without damages, which this case may be. Please see an attorney familiar with these cases and get an opinion on how to proceed.
