What can I do if tow truck company damaged my truck?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney John F Brennan (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Musilli Brennan Associates, PLLC
You should notify your insurance company or engage and attorney if you do not have that coverage. The towing company should be liable, and needs some "encouragement".

Can I sue the company for my work related injury?

default-avatar
Answered by attorney Gregory M Janks (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Gregory M. Janks, P.C.
In Michigan your remedy against your employer is workers compensation. You should be able to have all injury related medicals paid and receive approximately 2/3 of your wage while you are unable to work. It is possible there may be 3rd party liability in the machine manufacturer, installer or maintainer/repairer; however, such claims are pretty difficult in Michigan these days plus they require expensive work up, investigation and testimony. Further any work compensation you received will act as a lien on any 3rd party case. Of course, the only way to know if such a claim is viable is to consult local counsel that regularly investigates/handles these cases.

Do I have a claim against Pfiser related to Prempro?

Answered by attorney Melvin G. Franke (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Melvin G. Franke
I need more facts. Two important questions are: What are your damages and what damages do Prempo cause, how can you prove it caused them?
