Hired Law Firm

Sharkey over billed me horribly. I gave him $5K up front and my case was over in 13 day. He went to court two times and never initiated a phone call to me. He then sued me for $4K additional and refused to provide me with itemized billing as agreed. He drinks with the local judge connelly so he allowed him to submit a bill as evidence that was dated 8-3-08. I retained Sharkey on 8-20-08. So he billed me 12 hours,17 days before we met.Another bill was for 28 hours on 8-20-08 the day I retained him

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
