What happens if my husband was given wrong pills in the right bottle?

Howard Dale Mishkind
Answered by attorney Howard Dale Mishkind (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Mishkind Law Firm, Co., L.P.A.
I have had a similar case in the past and the pharmacist that made the mistake was sanctioned by the Ohio Pharmacy Board. You should look into that as an option. Also, I would wait to see if your husband has an complications and hopefully he will not. Do not settle or give them any information until you know whether he is going to develop any problems due to their negligence.

Probably not. Unless the 2 months is critical for his care, he probably has not been harmed by the misdiagnosis.
