First of all, no decent AND ETHICAL lawyer will render an opinion like the one you are seeking without a lot more facts. What a given injury is worth is an opinion which requires a lawyer to look at a lot of different things. When nerve damage and scars are involved, there must be professional opinions obtained from at least two (possibly many more) doctors who specialize in neurology and plastic surgery AND who are willing and able to testify as experts at trial, if the case goes that far. The lawyer will also need to do some research before such a detailed opinion can be rendered. You need to sit down with an attorney and pay him a reasonable fee for this information.
