What do I do to get surgery, tri-level fusion and retraining?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
It looks to me that you have answered your own question. Your case manager said you have to decide if you want surgery or retraining. Your doctor said he'll support you with whatever you decide. You state in your question that you want the surgery. So, tell the doctor and the case manager that you want the surgery.

How do I start the process to sue huge company?

David F. Stoddard
Answered by attorney David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The David F. Stoddard Law Firm
If you are suing a huge attorney and you think you are entitled to more than 7,500.00, call an attorney for help. If you think the case is worth 7,500.00 or less, go to small claims court. They will assist you in filing a suit on your own.
