Great attorneys and staff. Used them for 4 estates for relatives over the years. Also for civil and surrogates matters. They do great work, are very caring and really put the client first. I've recommended them to many friends and family. They are experts in their subject matter. They cover most areas of the law and those they don't cover they make excellent recommendations to a law firm that does handle what you need.
What a stellar law firm!!! For Trust & Estate law representation you can not do better. So many attorneys say that they do Trust & Estate law, but most of these attorneys are lost when it comes to this area of law. It is a highly specialized area of law. Quite esoteric. This firm is highly specialized in this area of law. Wow, are they ever great! Excellent attorneys at Mahon, Mahon, Kerins & O'Brien. Signing on with this firm is like finding an oasis of security and great competence!!!

I found Richard Kerins to be very arrogant, annoyed and hot-tempered even in a short 3 minute phone call. I usually had to call several times to get an answer from him or his paralegal. I received more billing statements than updates. He should never have taken my case if he was so busy and short on patience. He dropped out of it before it even went before the judge and neither he or his paralegal gave me any advance notice. A huge waste of my money and faith in the legal profession. There are other similar bad reviews about him here on line. I strongly recommend avoiding him.
Do not waste your time with this lawyer. He has a huge ego and poor temperment. He will yell at you and it seemed next to impossible for either him or his paralegal to return phone calls or emails for even the most basic legal questions. They are incredibly rude and insensitive to their clients and will keep you in the dark about your case which you have to repeatedly call in vain to get answers on as to its "progress". He also charges an exorbitant hourly fee and will make your case worse!!!
Mr. Kerins was not amendable to answer my questions. He was insensitive and would not consider my case that was assigned to him by a court of law. He was annoyed by simple questions of clarification and hung up on me.
I would not recommend him!!!
