Will I still receive a DUI if I was told neither about receiving one nor about signing anything?

Clearly, you passed the field sobriety test, hence no need for a breathalyzer. Just know that the fact that you were not arrested at the time of the incident, for being under the influence, means that you are safe. So, no it is very unlikely that you will "still receive a DUI."

Do I have a case if I step in an ink tag at a department store?

Answered by attorney Marc Lazarus (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Russell & Lazarus
You do have a case. Those tags can only be removed by store employees. So, the only way it could have ended up on the floor is if a store employee dropped it or was otherwise careless enough to allow this sharp object to be in a known path of travel used by store customers. You should consult an attorney to discuss further.

What can I do if false insurance information was given for an auto accident?

David F. Stoddard
Answered by attorney David F. Stoddard (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at The David F. Stoddard Law Firm
I believe you should report it to the police. In South Carolina, if you cause damage and it is not covered by insurance, your license gets suspended until you settle the damage claim.
