How do I sue a drunk driver who parked her car facing east in my westbound lane?

Answered by attorney Steven A. Schwartz
Personal Injury lawyer at Joel H. Schwartz, P.C.
Contact an experienced personal injury attorney immediately for a free consultation. I do not advise that you do this alone. The Insurance Research Council has found that, on average, a person represented receives 40% more in their pocket when their claim resolves.

You may have a good case. Contact a local lawyer if possible to handle it. We have had good success in this type of case. The waiver may be against public policy and unenforceable.

Should I or should I not file a complaint related to pain and suffering after a car accident?

Answered by attorney Reshard Juquin Alexander (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at RJ Alexander Law, PLLC
You should seek immediate treatment for the broken and/or fractured thumb. You need to contact a local personal injury attorney as you have only two years to file a lawsuit for the sustained damages. If you were involved in a car accident at the time of injury, the defendant's insurance company will need to be contacted. Hopefully, you exchanged insurance information. If not, then this information will need to be acquired.
