How much is the least you can get from a slip and fall accident?

Answered by attorney Andrew Tyler Velonis (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Andrew T. Velonis, P.C.
Of course, the least you could get would be zero. Worse yet, if your case were to go to trial and turn against you, you could be stuck with filing fees and other court expenses, which could range up to $1,000. Assessment of damages in a personal injury case requires detailed analysis of liability, the injuries, and the effect of those injuries upon the individual. This analysis includes application of legal principles, evidentiary factors, medical documentation, out of pocket expenses, calculation of future losses and experience in your jurisdiction as to likely range of prospective jury awards. A "cookie-cutter" approach, a standard answer or a formula would be a disservice to someone such as yourself, who needs the help of an experienced personal injury lawyer. To answer the question properly, one would need extensive examination of all the evidence, particularly the medical records. You don't even tell us what your injuries are. From what you describe, liability may be possible, but we'd need a lot more facts to determine the likelihood of success. Many people use this site to ask what their case is worth. Our answers are always: Get in touch with a personal injury lawyer in your area. That is the best way to get the best result in your case

Should I press charges for assault?

Paul L. Whitfield
Answered by attorney Paul L. Whitfield (Unclaimed Profile)
Personal Injury lawyer at Paul Whitfield and Associates P.A.
Options nonsense. You can have her arrested for simple assault which will likely result in a tap on the wrist in court. you can sue her in small claims court and maybe get a $100 judgment. Why don't you get on with your life and leave this person out of it hereafter.

I doubt if you know these people and if you do there is nothing you can do. Why don't you change your email address?
