I have no idea what the warrant is for. That is the first issue. I believe you will have to return to the jurisdiction (Detroit) plead to the offense and hope for non reporting probation. You should get an attorney.

I think you mean rescind. No, this is only available for in home sales contracts for like Windows. Check with your attorney, but I bet your signature is binding.
