Hired Attorney James P. LeFante

I was facing some serious penalties and loss of license. I was not sure about using a lawyer but was very glad I called the Lefante team. I asked them for a small miracle and they delivered. Having kept my drivers license, they probably saved my career. Thanks again!

My legal issue was a minor traffic citation that deep in my heart should have never been issued. My attorney represented my position totally to my satisfaction. During the nearly 3 months it took to resolve this issue our meetings and discussions were minimal but appropriately sufficient. I appreciate justice being served to my satisfaction with minimal waste of time.

LeFante Law Offices advertises free consultation. However, my experience was not free and I was denied consultation. I was forced to pay out of pocket to obtain and provide my protected health information before being able to schedule a "free" consultation, and then I was contacted only to say they were cancelling my appointment without willingness to elaborate on the reason why. My experience was not free, and I was denied a consultation altogether. This is false/misleading advertisement.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
