At a time when lawyers should promote siblings and relatives working together, Mr. Quinnell took the path of least resistance, blindly supporting the sibling who lived in Florida, and informing other siblings that their opinions were irrelevant. At a time when a simple explanatory conference call, to keep us on the same page, so that everyone understood what was going on, he failed to return calls, or facilitate working together. The end result was a huge confrontation among siblings.
