Method of client communication was through email, which after repeated attempts to get responses regarding our cases, the hours spent, and the timeline of completion was never. The timeline and objective regarding our case was of a minor scope, although the case took months to draft, and our retainer was all but used for bare minimum of services. The amount of frustration and lack of communication caused much delay in the proceedings of the estate, sell of property, and frustration.
At a time when lawyers should promote siblings and relatives working together, Mr. Quinnell took the path of least resistance, blindly supporting the sibling who lived in Florida, and informing other siblings that their opinions were irrelevant. At a time when a simple explanatory conference call, to keep us on the same page, so that everyone understood what was going on, he failed to return calls, or facilitate working together. The end result was a huge confrontation among siblings.
