Very disappointed, horrible communication, terrible negotiation skills and a lot of hidden fees they wind up with more then the client. They didn't seem to care about anything as long as they got paid
My faith in the legal system was robbed by this firm, one of my worse mistakes hiring this firm.
My case was pushed to the side with very little work was done on it over a 5yr period. They wanted me to settle in mediation and not take it to court claiming that a med. mal. case had not been won in the county where the incident happened in over a decade. They didn't fight for me, didn't try, and wanted it settled by the end of that day. This doctor killed me, I was brought back, have had multiple surgeries and will have to have more, and I walked out with less money than the firm did.
We had a terrible experience. They block all the negative reviews. So many better attorneys in Pensacola. They botched my case so bad that one of their own attorneys apologized for their incompetence. Please choose someone else to represent you.
I retained this law firm in December 2021 for a Social Security Disbilty case. At the beginning they would stay in contact explaining my case. A couple of weeks later after retaining the firm,I called with a question. I was told my attorney wasn't available and they would send him an email to call me. After several times calling I have yet to receive a return call. As an attorney there is no excuse not to return a client's call. No one is that busy. Once this firm gets you to sign to retain them there job is done. They have the worst reputation of not keeping there clients in the loop. I've learned a lesson. I should have read there reviews before retaining them. I hope this review finds the appropriate person and the firm reviews there lack of communication and re-evaluates there practices when it comes to there clients.
They advertise "Accessible" "Professional" "Top Notch" "Very Polite" "Returned All Calls" should have NOT/NEVER in front of all quotes. I will never trust or use another lawyer again for litigation purposes. I lost all trust in litigation attorneys after my experience with M&B and seeing the large payout they got for how little they did & how much I had to do on my own due to lack of response. Please interview numerous firms & get everything in writing down to the last detail or it will bite you
