Mike Burtt's responsiveness is prompt. He laid out my risks and opportunity clearly. I turned the issue over to him, and he handled the problem from that point. The result was favorable, profitable.and fair. Mike knew the laws regarding my issue and the method to work towards the fastest solution. I understand he practices in the personal injury arena, but as a small business owner, I have found his services invaluable.

Not a day goes by that I don't deeply regret calling Burtt when I got hurt, He did not fight for my case. Instead he took the first offer and settled out of court WITHOUT my approval. Only when I showed up to his office, in complete despair, did he open his desk drawer, and hand me a weeks old settlement check. By this time, I was at the end of my financial rope. I had no choice but to take the check without argument. Thanks to Michael Burtt, I was a victim twice,
