We hired Mr. Dingus to represent my son in a violation of probation arrest. Mr. Dingus did absolutely nothing to help my son, instead he talked him into taking a plea deal and now is in prison. When we called Mr. Dingus he said send me 3000.00 and I’ll get him out of jail, instead my son ended up in prison. Mr. Dingus has health issues and should have notified us before hiring him. I requested a refund from him but no such luck. Im in contact with the Florida Board about this matter.
