I hired Mr. Barnes after a vacation that turned wrong. I was charged with battery over a domestic dispute . Being 1,800 miles away from Pensacola I hired Mr. Barnes. Mr Barnes was compassionate and listened to my concerns durning the initial consultation and explained all my options. His office assistant Elizabeth was by far caring and helped me through the process and questions I had and returned my phone calls promptly. The charges were dropped all thanks to the knowledgeable staff and attorney James R Barnes.
