Ms. Piercy failed to appear before the court on 2 separate occasions without adequate notification to either me or the court.
This woman failed to appear at the second hearing as promised, with no notification of her intent. When it was rescheduled to accomodate her, she notified the court she "had car trouble" and could not appear. Since it was the reset, I had to handle the matter myself. Fees were definately not earned.
