Hired Attorney Mr. John B. Tucker

John B Tucker needs to go to jail. He is taking people money and not representing them. This guy is lone-wolf and have had his licenses taken away before with several complaints with Ga. Bar Association. He is known for misrepresenting clients or just not even representing them. Then when you confront him he says no refund but he hasn’t done any work. Please report him on every platform we can and to anyone who would listen.

Hired Attorney Mr. John B. Tucker

I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by John B Tucker . From the onset, the experience was fraught with dishonesty and unprofessionalism. Mr Tucker repeatedly lied about the status of my case, claiming that the judge had the paperwork for signature when this was not true. This misrepresentation caused unnecessary delays and anxiety. Appointments were canceled without any notice or explanation demonstrating a complete lack of respect for my time and my case. Additionally, Mr Tucker unnecessarily prolong the case, dragged it out much longer than needed, which only added to my frustration. When confronted about these issues after catching Mr Tucker in multiple lies, I requested a refund. This request was flatly refused further eroding my trust and confidence in his services. Ultimately I had to contact the state bar to get the case moving. Only after their intervention was my case finally concluded, over a year after hiring him.

Hired Attorney Mr. John B. Tucker

STOP!!! He lost his license to practice in 2014, disciplined by the GA Bar for malpractice. He will scam you out of your money and do nothing. He took $1,500 and did not do any work and refused to return my money after 8 months. I threatened to sue him in Fayette County court and he finally returned my money to avoid having his license suspended AGAIN. He will WORK AGAINST YOU for the prosecutor. JUST DON'T, a wolf in sheep's clothing, DANGEROUS.
