I had a unique situation and this law firm was able to help me. My lawyer, Karuna Brunk, always kept me in the loop and asked me my thoughts. This firm, as well as my lawyer, are very professional and responsive. I would use them again.
I was impressed by the thorough investigation of the case before accepting it and providing me with an idea of what to expect or the approach they would use. Things were done in an efficient and prompt manner. They seem honest, trustworthy, and competent. I worked with Ric DiMonte and Paul Greco.
I highly recommend avoiding this firm. My experience with Karuna S. Bunk , was not what i expected from an attorney. She was not upfront and honest about pricing with us and she misled my company with wrong decisions. We had to go to another attorney to get us out of the mess she put us in. Plus, In some conversations laughing in the background. In my experience, she & this firm are very overpriced. After receiving a bill today, she charged us for unreasonable fees for: 1st time consultation, 1 conference call and emails. We've never got billed from any attorney for emails and we've never got billed such outrageously price from any other honest attorney. Stay away, they are crooks!
I recommend avoiding this attorney for anything that involves numbers, especially accounting and tax preparation. This recommendation is based upon his inability to transmit an accurate summary of fees, which were understated compared to actually billed fees, by his firm in conjunction with his excessive compensation (e.g., roughly $1,700 to prepare taxes for a calendar year).
I recommend avoiding this firm. My experience was with roughly a third of the legal staff who repeatedly exhibited a legendary ineptitude. They are "smooth talkers," but their execution, in my experience, borderlines on incompetence; a review of their work suggests they are overpriced. After they attempted to bilk us for unreasonable fees, whose proceedings they repeatedly delayed, we final settled on the recovery of roughly half the fee claimed.
