Hired Attorney Marcos Kraemer Esq.

As a foreigner coming into Panama from South African it was very daunting however once we set foot in the Kraemer and Kraemer offices I felt at ease. We were treated with respect and all information and details we needed to know about our immigration process was explained to us as well as the process. We were very impressed with the information provided before and during our arrival. I would and still do recommend Kraemer and Kraemer.

I was referred to this law firm to set up a private foundation. The deadlines were not met, but since 100% payment is required up front, the client has no leverage over the firm and cannot switch firms midway through the process without losing their money. Once the foundation has been completed and handed over, we proceed to use it. At this point, the RUC and NIT numbers listed in the file are not working (July 31, 2025). After several follow-ups, I am told that it takes between 5 and 7 business days (no one informed me of this when they handed over the foundation, which was “supposedly ready”). It is now August 14, 2025, and I am still unable to make a transaction with the foundation, and the law firm has not responded to the email I sent this morning before 8:00 a.m. When they do respond, they are always very polite and kind. However, this is a foundation that I paid for, not psychological treatment. Kindness is very nice, but in business, competence is paramount.
