Made very alarming statements to me about "my entire life being an open book", etc. From the beginning insisted he would have to litigate this case because the defendant NEVER SETTLES (I have since learned from four other attorneys that these statements are simply untrue). His contingency fee is 40% PLUS costs which is really excessive. At the end of one meeting he asked my husband how high his blood pressure was being married to me because I seem like high maintenance-I found that offensive.
