Charles is an awesome lawyer. He is helping me right now on a complex foreclosure that has a lot of moving parts. Charles is consistantly prepared, honest, communicative and bestows confidence and security, things we need in litigation. I would put my reputation on Charles as his reputation is just as important to him as mine is to me. "Good" lawyers are hard to find; and I found a good one.
Mr. Radeline was friendly and not at all what I expected from lawyer stereotypes. He was compassionate during my divorce, and his charges were very reasonable compared to other attorneys in the Clearwater area. He did a fantastic job in court, and I'm very happy.
Charles Radeline provided excellent legal advise and was very thorough and knowledgeable. He was very direct, honest and I found him to be extremely true to his word. He truly had his client's (me) best interest in mind. As for value of money - he is by far the most reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Charles Radeline to anyone and will use no other lawyer, if at all possible.
Fair price, and helped me through a trying time in my life.
I could not give Charles Radeline a more glowing review. Charles commitment to his craft, calm demeanor, and ethical practice standards are among the highest I have experienced in any industry. Charles isn't the type of attorney that will incite conflict to generate billable hours against his client like many attorneys. Charles has helped me and many referrals I have sent to him to ethically navigate the legal system to advocate for my child so that she can continue to grow as a carefree child.
Really nice lawyer
I am so glad I can review this lawyer. Do not use him! He will nickel and dime you for everything- he even charges you for travel time to the courts. My court was in a different county than where he was based! He is very communicative and responsive because he charges you for every phone call, email read, everything!! He will tell you everything you want to hear upfront. Then when it comes time to fight for you, he becomes very passive! Other lawyers were HONEST and told me upfront that I did not have as much of a case as I was hoping I did. But I was naive and broken at the time so I went with someone who told me what I wanted to hear and not what I needed to hear. Please learn from my mistakes! I hope this helps someone to find a different lawyer!
Charles Radeline is an average lawyer. He lost 50% of my court hearings. He would just sit and let the other side tell all kinds of lies, most of which were not even relevant to the particular hearing and should've been objected to. Two of the three cases that he won were due to my work, not his merit. I had a total of six court hearings during my two year case, and two of them were due to, what I consider, malpractice on his part and I will be filing a complaint. He billed over $20,000 combined because of these two extra hearings. Additionally, he charged more than $25,000 over a 9 day time frame, the week that I settled my case out of court. When I attempted to settle the fee dispute through the Florida Bar fee dispute program (which is free and encouraged by the Florida Bar), he refused and filed a lawsuit instead. I filed a countersuit. I am not the only client that he is in a lawsuit with due to concerns of fraudulent billing and malpractice.
Attorney Radeline has poor communication skills and not proactive.
When in search of my divorce attorney I came across Mr Radeline and I saw several bad reviews about this attorney before I hired him, and my experience matched them. I paid him thousands to handle contempt, checks, and fee issues in a long-running divorce case that was already organized and close to a final hearing. In my opinion, he did not finish what he was hired to do, communication was poor, and I often felt like I was fighting my own lawyer. He withdrew before the key hearings were completed and then obtained a fee judgment against me. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again. Zero stars would be the proper rating if that were an option.
