Jenny L. Doling brings over two decades of experience as a highly respected attorney licensed in California and Nevada. Specializing exclusively in bankruptcy, debt relief, and tax resolution, she has filed more than 7,000 cases and has successfully argued numerous appeals, achieving critical reversals of lower court rulings. Jenny earned her LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law and is admitted to all state and federal courts in California and Nevada, the U.S. Tax Court, and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Jenny is a leader in the legal community, serving as the Vice President of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys (NACBA) and Immediate Past-President of the San Diego Bankruptcy Forum. She has been appointed by U.S. Supreme Court Justice, John G. Roberts, Jr. to the U.S. Judicial Conference Rules Committee on Bankruptcy Rules and is a passionate advocate for consumer rights through her legislative efforts and representation of clients. Jenny is also a professor of bankruptcy law and a sought-after national speaker. Her work has earned numerous honors, including recognition as a 2023 San Diego Business Journal Woman of Influence in the Law and 2024 Leader of Influence in the Law
Beyond her legal accomplishments, Jenny and her husband have been married for more than 30 years. She enjoys traveling with family, wakeboarding, and has been a lifelong Dodgers fan.
