Hired Attorney

Did not recommend a revocable living trust to provide maximum flexibility with estate plan while avoiding probate. Poor recommendation that did not meet objectives which include flexibility while avoiding probate /seems pretty easy to conclude that a revocable living trust would be the best alterative which was not mentioned at all
