Hands down the best probate lawyer in Florida! Jeff handled a complicated probate litigation matter for me involving Florida's elective share. I received a lot more than I ever expected! Jeffrey Skatoff gave some seriously bad advice when he had all the fact of our probate case, including the original will, and other documents. He took my money l, which later refunded. He missed a super basic fact that changed the outcome of everything even after I called multiple times to check in and make sure everything was on track. Basically he said "my bad" and refused to help further. He cause major headaches on our family side after dealing with two losses in 6 months. His mistake should have been easily discovered by any competent attorney. I am not sure if he lost a step or is just checked out but I would seriously consider someone else!

Jeffrey Skatoff provided inaccurate legal advice. He did not know necessary steps that needed to be taken regarding trust issues. He recommended a settlement and did not follow up on necessary documentation. We had to pay another attorney to do what Skatoff was paid for. He was inattentive to the case and I would NOT recommend his services to anyone. He did not communicate and was completely unresponsive 99% of the time. If there was a 0 rating, that's what I would give him.
