Hired Attorney

My experience with attorney Andrew Foland was extremely negative, and I strongly advise against using his services. This attorney demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism. From the start, he promised a positive outcome, but it quickly became clear he was not invested in resolving the case. Throughout the process, he was unresponsive, ignoring calls and emails, which created significant challenges in preparing for court. His behavior was marked by negligence and indifference. He failed to thoroughly analyze the case, leading to disastrous results. At the last moment, when no time was left to make changes, he claimed the situation was hopeless, seemingly to avoid taking responsibility for the failure. It also appears that his main focus is collecting money rather than providing quality legal representation. He demands payment but does not deliver the level of service expected from a competent attorney.
