Mr. Taylor was precise and to the point. Facilitated the bankruptcy in a speedy manner.
Mr. Taylor is hard to get ahold of and sometimes won't return your call and have to call him back, but he does not try to rush you off the phone, he answers any questions you may have and adds anything that he has new on the case. In the courtroom he really knows his career as an attorney. Sometimes you don't think he is listening, but he is.
acted like i was wasting his time, i was wanting to know what kind of bankruptcy there was, i got documents he would need to see if i qualified and the amount left owed on my house and to call his office back with that number,. I called back and called back and back and he never called me back
David M. Taylor did not communicate the backlash we would acquire when converting from a chapter 13 to a chapter 7. Due to this we were told by our mortgage company that we had to pay over 5000.00 and since we could not we lost our home.
