I prevailed against Ms. Howeller after she continuously parroted her client's lies and took her client to trial with no supporting evidence. Read my story at nohowellerforjudge.com . And yes she is trying to run for judge. This is what the judge had to say about this case “The Mother has demonstrated zero remorse for perpetuating a fraud upon the Court, and has continued to pursue this modification action. She seeks equitable relief from the Court, but comes with unclean hands. Her hatred and resentment towards the Father clearly outweigh any respect for the judicial system she may have once possessed. A “win at all costs” and “the end justifies the means” approach to domestic litigation cannot be tolerated, much less rewarded.” Her client could not have easily continued this behavior without Ms. Howeller enabling her.
