If you are thinking about hiring her please reconsider. Not only is she ridiculously expensive She gets absolutely no results done. I work with her for a little over a year and basically threw away thousands of dollars for something I could’ve done myself. She will try and drag out a situation as long as she can giving you false hope so she can continue to bill you with asinine amounts. Long story short I was I was disproving allegations/theories against me WITH NO TANGIBLE EVIDENCE AGAINST ME. It’s alarming when presented with reasonable and legitimate evidence, that completely disproved them and still was unable to get any results! Please, for the love of God do not hire her. I am also taking this to the bar association as she is, just trying to rip you off.
Trash. Was charged arrested for dui, 4 years and 8 months later was served paperwork. Officers didn’t work for police anymore, Casey didn’t even show up for sentencing. Waste of money, he didn’t give af.

Hired Law Firm
Lost over two thousand dollars and got nothing different than if I had used the free counsel offered by court. My lawyer didn't even show for court, she sent somebody else that didn't even defend me, just told me to be quiet and accept whatever the judge said. I could have done that by myself for free. Didn't follow up or follow through with my case at all. Got my money and then wouldn't even return calls to their office.
Seemed unprepared given the amount of supporting information provided. Unprepared to make a relatively simple argument.

Hired Law Firm
Horrible experience withJoseph Hollander and craft LLC. ** This is a real review, And anybody who reaches out, and would like more information I will gladly share every email between me and Anne And you can see the progress for yourself! If you would like to essentially throw away $4000.00 Hire a lawyer from this law firm. March 2023 I hired Anne m kindling To represent me for an ALLEGATION that I may have smoked weed, Mind you there was literally no tangible evidence against me except for he said she said. Anne told me that she would gladly represent me And that her fee was a couple hundred dollars an hour. I assumed with the fee that high that she was a good lawyer and that she was going to be able to get things done. Anne M Kindling was probably one of the biggest disappointments in 2024. Instead of her being a lawyer and defending me Or even helping me, at best she was a just a mediator.
Extremely poor representation of me as a client during case. Quoted fee before being hired and charged a significantly greater amount after hired. Charged for poor legal work, then charged again to fix errors caused by legal firm. Be very careful before signing retainer with Joseph, Hollander & Craft. More concern about earning fees than defending case properly. As client that paid over $35k in fees, felt like I was "bullied" by my own attorney. Refused to work with Kansas Bar Association.
She was the worst lawyer I’ve ever had. She had little to no knowledge of the law and my case. And when I tried to change lawyers, the firm tried to drop me to protect her. I paid far more legal fees due to her ineptitude.
These reviews I find in this site to be unbelievable. Head over to their firms reviews for nothing but negative reviews with Julia Crafts name involved in every one. I retained Julia years ago and she scammed me by taking my money and dragging my case out, makes you feel stupid for giving her info on your case as it doesn’t matter. Sends an outrageous bill for a 2 minute phone call. After a year and thousands of dollars and nothing accomplished, I hired a different attorney for a third of the price and 2 court dates later my case was resolved and I won. Do not recommend Julia Craft
Dustin Curry is unprofessional, disrespectful and used derogatory names towards other clients that weren’t apart of his current case. Continued to slander other personnel to try and gain a following.
Speaks down to you and responds to any questions like your stupid. She did nothing for my case. Completely was on board with opposing lawyer and my Ex and not on my side at all. Was all about the money, and brought none of my evidence up in court. Very Disappointed for a supposedly professional lawyer. Would never use again or recommend to anyone, Period!
Martindale-Hubbell® Client Review Ratings™ display reviews submitted by individuals who have either hired or consulted the lawyers or law firms.
The Client Review Rating score is determined through the aggregation of validated responses. People who submit reviews are either individuals who consulted with the lawyer/law firm or who hired the lawyer/law firm and want to share their experience of that lawyer or law firm with other potential clients. Reviewers can be anyone who consults or hires a lawyer including in-house counsel, corporate executives, small business owners, and private individuals.
Martindale-Hubbell validates that a reviewer is a person with a valid email address. As part of the review process, respondents must affirm that they have had an initial consultation, are currently a client or have been a client of the lawyer or law firm identified, although Martindale-Hubbell cannot confirm the lawyer/client relationship as it is often confidential. The content of the responses is entirely from reviewers.

Martindale Peer Reviews
Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.
The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
