What to say, what to share.... I hated when my phone rang, it was 95% of the time a collector calling me and harassing me about making a payment at a price I couldn't afford to do and this was happening for several credit cards and other bills that I owed for. I had tried so hard to put this off, tried to make just the minimum payments and it felt like I was in the middle of the ocean treading water just barely. Then the breaking point happens, it is the one thing that drives you to finally make the phone call and make an appointment.
