Mr. Dellutri make what could have been an extremely worrisome experience almost pleasant. He answered every question I had and even some I hadn't considered.

Carmen Dellutri is an excellent lawyer! He is kind, understanding, dependable, and informative. However, after a family member used his law firm, she worked with a different lawyer within the firm and she was not as pleased with her experience. She had big problems getting a hold of her attorney and someone she didn't even know, who knew minimal on her case, showed up on her day in court.

The lawyer was great at answering our questions and filing our case. Once filed though it's been a frustrating long experience. I received 2 letters regarding my case . The first letter I emailed them as they were already closed but it took over a week to get a response. The second came over a week ago still no response from the office to explain to me what exactly it means after I had to emailed to ask them even though they clearly signed the papers so they knew it was coming. As if filing isn't stressful enough.

Run run run....as fast as you can away from here. Very unprofessional. I'm sure they thought we are low lives by the way they talked to us. Amanda said we should get married so Lee could have insurance....like I don't even have insurance. One day we were in the office on video chat with other professionals and all Amanda and the other workers could talk about was the people in the parking lot having sex. Was promised a lifetime settlement and to put it bluntly, received only a couple months wages. Horrible communication. So if we had the process to thru again, use someone from tv. And by the way, we were referred to this law firm.
