Unethical stay away. Takes your money and lies to court. Submitted false information for my deceased souse and then represented his estranged mother to prevent my child and I from accessing bank account during 2020. He was the sole provider. This “lawyer” acted without any legal authority to represent him over stepped by contacting his mother estranged for 16 years then representing him and her with all false statements submitted as factual. And the courts should be held accountable as well for letting her and others like her submit anything without facts. Lies were submitted that I intended to steal from my husband not to provide for ourselves, food, bills, mortgage. Said he (while in the emergency room)made sure we would be financially secure until he was well. He passed away after 38 days from Covid. Brought by ambulance, to emergency room, put on a ventilator, sedated and not conscious until his death. Life altering trauma caused by license to practice. Evil.
This woman was the absolute worst! She was referred by the Florida bar, we had worked out a special financial deal. In the beginning she was very eager to get my business and my money. She requested all the information and I worked hard to get her 120 pages of documents which took time and energy for me. She didn’t do her part and did not work hard for me at all in fact she believed all the lies of my ex-husband‘s attorney which is really really sad because his attorney is just at an online attorney and he believe the lies of my ex-husband so at the end of the day I ended up firing her on my way to court because she was calling me with absolute absurdities!! She took my money and literally hassled me and was so incompetent she didn’t remember half of the things she texted me I had to screenshot and send them back to her! She crossed over ethical lines as well because I had a different attorney at the time and she was giving me advice in that arena (un allowed) Beware beware!!!
